Traceroute 里有很多 *，是不是坏了？

不是。很多路由器出于安全考虑不回应探测包，就会显示为 *。只要最后能到达目标，中间的 * 不影响使用。

为什么要定位权限？

iOS 只向有定位权限的 App 提供 Wi-Fi 名称。Pingmoss 只在你点「显示」时才请求，不会读取或保存你的位置。不授权也不影响其他功能。

为什么要「本地网络」权限？

检测路由器或家里的设备（例如 192.168.1.1）需要这个权限。如果之前拒绝了，可以在「设置 > 隐私与安全性 > 本地网络」里打开。

国行 iPhone 提示「无线数据」怎么选？

请选择「WLAN 与蜂窝网络」，否则 App 无法联网检测。之后也可以在「设置 > 蜂窝网络 > Pingmoss」里修改。

一键诊断显示「运营商：跳过」？

有些运营商的路由器不回应探测，这时无法单独测量这一段，诊断会跳过它并继续检查 DNS 和网站，结论依然有效。

DNS 结果是 198.18.x.x？

这是 Clash 等代理软件分配的占位地址，说明 DNS 被代理接管了。关闭代理后再查，就能看到真实地址。

归属地准吗？

归属地来自离线数据库，城市和运营商通常准确，但无法精确到街道，也可能不是最新，仅供参考。

如何恢复购买或取消订阅？

恢复购买：App 内「设置 > 恢复购买」。取消订阅：iPhone「设置 > Apple 账户 > 订阅 > Pingmoss」。终身版一次付费，不会续费。

Traceroute shows lots of *. Is something wrong?

No. Many routers ignore probes for security and show as *. If the trace reaches the destination, those hops don't matter.

Why location permission?

iOS only reveals the Wi-Fi name to apps with location access. Pingmoss asks only when you tap "Show" and never reads or stores your location. Everything else works without it.

Why Local Network permission?

It's needed to test your router or devices at home (e.g. 192.168.1.1). If you declined, turn it on in Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network.

Diagnosis says "ISP: skipped"

Some carriers' routers don't answer probes, so that segment can't be measured on its own. Diagnosis continues with DNS and the website, and the verdict still holds.

DNS answers are 198.18.x.x

Those are placeholder addresses from a proxy app such as Clash. Turn the proxy off to see real answers.

Restore or cancel

Restore: Settings > Restore Purchases in the app. Cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions > Pingmoss. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and never renews.
